As the R&D Manager/Head for the Transformer Division, you will take the lead in overseeing the complete modernization of our product portfolio within the division. Key Responsibilities:
Modernization Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the modernization of products within the Transformer Division.

- Supervise the research and development of new transformer products and the enhancement of existing ones.
