As a Junior/Fresher R&D Engineer, you will work closely with the R&D Head or Senior Engineers within your division to support research and development efforts. Your primary responsibilities include optimizing existing products, demonstrating expertise in digital/embedded systems, and reverse engineering competitor products to enhance our offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Guided Research and Development:
- Work under the guidance of the R&D Head or Senior Engineer to contribute to ongoing R&D projects.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure project goals are met and milestones are achieved.
Product Optimization:
- Participate in the optimization of existing products to enhance their performance, reliability, and functionality.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to make our products more competitive.
Digital/Embedded Systems Expertise:
- Develop a deep understanding of digital and embedded systems used in our products.
- Apply your expertise to solve technical challenges and contribute to innovative product development.
Reverse Engineering:
- Analyze and reverse engineer competitor products to gain insights into their design and functionality.
- Use this knowledge to inform our own product development and competitive strategies.
Documentation:
- Maintain detailed records of research findings, experiments, and development activities.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation for internal and external use.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant engineering field (e.g., Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering).
