As a Sales Manager – Export, you will be responsible for developing the export market and cultivating relationships with customers for our products on a global scale. You will play a vital role in expanding the reach of our products to international markets and ensuring consistent growth in exports.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Development:

  • Develop and implement a strategic plan for expanding our product exports to new markets.
  • Identify potential markets and segments with the highest growth potential.

Customer Acquisition:

  • Identify and target potential customers and clients in international markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and requirements.

Sales Strategy:

  • Develop a comprehensive sales strategy and lead the sales team to achieve export sales targets.
  • Evaluate and adjust the strategy based on market dynamics and competition.

Market Research:

  • Stay updated on international market trends, trade regulations, and economic factors.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats in different regions.

Compliance and Documentation:

  • Ensure compliance with export regulations, trade laws, and customs requirements in various countries.
  • Handle all documentation and paperwork necessary for exporting our products.

Negotiation and Pricing:

  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with international customers.
  • Optimize pricing strategies to maximize sales and profitability.

Team Leadership:

  • Manage and lead a team of export sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.

Reporting:

  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on export sales performance, market insights, and strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, International Trade, or Marketing).
  • Several years of experience in export sales or a related role, with a proven track record of achieving export sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of international trade, export regulations, and customs requirements.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using export-related software and tools.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
