AE was established in 1942 and from its inception, because of its innovation & quality conciseness AE had always set new bench mark in the field of Electrical Measuring Instrumentation, Power systems and Instrument Transformers.

AE was founded in 1942 by the late Mr.M. G. Bhat and the late Mr. L. R. Aneja. At present, the Company is managed by professional Board of Directors, headed by Mr. S. D. Bal and Mrs. V. S. Bal. From its inception has been a pioneer in the field of Electrical Instruments, Power Systems and Instrument Transformers in India.
